About these terms
GradFill AI ("GradFill", "we", "us") is an independent project run from New South Wales, Australia. By installing the extension, creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use GradFill.
You need to be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission to use GradFill and to pay for a plan.
What GradFill does
GradFill fills job and graduate application forms from the details you save in Setup, marks the answers you should check, and on a paid plan drafts written answers, tailored resumes and cover letters, and picks out the skills a job ad asks for.
GradFill never presses an application's final Submit button. You are responsible for every application you submit, including checking that each answer is true, complete and in the right field. Application forms change often, and GradFill may fill a field wrongly or leave it empty.
GradFill doesn't find jobs for you, and we can't promise any application leads to an interview or an offer.
Your account
Give a real email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself. You can also sign in with GitHub, Google or LinkedIn where offered.
An account is for one person. Don't share it or sell access to it.
You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Plans, payment and limits
Plan
Price
How it works
Free
A$0
Fills supported application systems from your saved details. No AI features.
Pro
A$20 a month
A subscription that renews each month until you cancel. Includes the AI features below.
Grad Season Pass
A$45 once
The same features as Pro for 90 days from payment. It doesn't renew, and returns to Free when it ends.
Paid plans include, each calendar month: 200 AI credits (one for each page the AI answers, plus one or two for each written answer it drafts, depending on length; a page where the AI answers nothing costs nothing), 40 tailored resumes and 40 cover letters. Unused amounts don't carry over. To keep GradFill working for everyone, we also limit how often some features can be used in a short time, for example document reading and job-ad analysis per hour.
Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe (or Coinbase Commerce for a crypto Season Pass) under their own terms. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to an existing Pro subscription.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel Pro at any time from Billing on GradFill's Setup page. Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
We don't refund part-used months or part-used Season Passes, except where the law requires it.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If GradFill has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
AI answers and drafts
On paid plans, AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and TypeSafe (Jev) suggest answers and write drafts from your saved details and the job ad. AI can be wrong, out of date, or confident about something that isn't true.
Answers GradFill isn't sure of are shown in yellow, marked for you to check. Every AI-written answer, resume and letter is a draft for you to read and edit.
GradFill is built not to invent facts about you, such as qualifications, grades, dates, licences or employers. If a draft ever states something about you that isn't true, don't use it, and please tell us.
Don't use GradFill to give an employer information you know is false.
Using GradFill fairly
Please don't:
use GradFill to apply in someone else's name, or with someone else's details without their permission;
try to get around plan limits, paywalls or rate limits, or share paid access;
copy, resell or reverse-engineer GradFill's backend, or call it from anything other than the GradFill extension and website;
overload GradFill or an employer's site, for example with automated bulk applications;
use GradFill in a way that breaks the law or an employer site's own terms.
If an account breaks these rules, we may limit, suspend or close it. Where it's fair to, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix things.
Other sites and services
GradFill works on application systems run by other companies, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse and PageUp. We're not connected with or endorsed by them or by any employer. Their sites can change without notice, which can stop GradFill filling them correctly until we update it.
To provide its features GradFill uses services including Stripe, Anthropic, TypeSafe, Google Places, Supabase and Render, as described in the privacy policy.
Your content
Your saved details, uploaded documents, and the answers, resumes and letters made from them are yours. You let us use them only to provide the features you ask for, as the privacy policy describes. We don't use them to advertise to you, and we don't sell them.
GradFill itself (the extension, website, backend, design and name) belongs to us. You may use it under these terms but not copy or resell it.
Changes to GradFill and these terms
We improve GradFill often, and features can change, move between plans or be removed. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the extension or by email before the change applies. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel and close your account.
Liability
The Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that can't be excluded, and nothing here takes them away. Beyond those guarantees, and as far as the law allows:
GradFill is provided as it is and as available, and we don't promise it will fill every form, be free of errors, or always be online;
we aren't responsible for an application's outcome, a missed deadline, or a mistake in an answer you submitted without checking;
where our liability for a failure can be limited, it's limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid us in the three months before the problem.
Ending your account
You can stop using GradFill and remove the extension at any time. To close your account and delete its record, use Delete my account on GradFill's Setup page. Deleting your account cancels any Pro subscription straight away, and the rest of that month isn't refunded except where the law requires; to keep Pro until the month ends, cancel from Billing first and delete your account afterwards. Deleting your account also deletes everything saved to it. Details in your browser are removed when you tick the box to clear them, delete them in Setup, or remove the extension.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
For questions, problems and refund requests, use our contact form or email support@gradfill.com. You can also cancel Pro from Billing and delete your account yourself from GradFill's Setup page.
