How GradFill works
GradFill is a Chrome extension that fills graduate and job application forms from details you save once. You check the answers it marks, and you press Submit yourself.
Save your details once
Type them into Setup, or import them with AI from a resume, transcript or LinkedIn PDF. AI import needs sign-in.
Open an application and press Fill
GradFill fills what it knows, adds the rows a form asks for, and attaches your resume and transcript where the form asks.
Check the colours, then submit
Every answer is marked, so you know where to look. GradFill never presses Submit.
- Green: filled. An answer GradFill is sure of.
- Yellow: check this. Filled, but read it before you move on.
- Red: left for you. On Free, what your saved details can't answer stays red.
Built for the long forms graduate programs use
Graduate applications sit on many different systems. GradFill is built around them, including local work rights questions and the systems Australian employers use.
Free, no limit
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle Recruiting
- Greenhouse
- PushApply
- Avature
Pro and Season Pass
- PageUp
- Jobtools
- One-off employer sites
Anywhere else
Quick Copy, on every plan: click a saved detail, then paste it in.
Names are used only to say which forms GradFill can fill. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. A form GradFill has never seen can still trip it, and then the answer is marked red, not guessed.
What Free does, and what Pro adds
Free fills forms from facts you saved. Pro answers what no saved fact covers, and writes the drafts.

Sensitive questions such as gender, disability, visas and police checks are answered from what you saved. On Pro, if nothing saved settles one, AI may suggest an answer, always marked yellow for you to confirm. The switch above also changes the walkthrough at the top of the page.
Pro, feature by feature
Everything below is in Pro and the Grad Season Pass. The examples use a made-up applicant and employer; the screens are recreations of the extension.
The questions no saved fact can answer
Conflict-of-interest checks, confirmations, one-off screening questions. On Free these stay red for you. On Pro each one gets an answer, the reason for it, and a tick or a cross.
- Reads the whole question, including the fine print under it
- Says when an answer is a judgement and not a fact from your details
- Tick to keep it and it is remembered for the next application
- Every AI answer is marked yellow, including any on a sensitive question
Does a family member work for one of our auditors?
Nothing in your saved details points to a connection. Confirm before you continue.
I confirm that I have read the program outline in its entirety.
A judgement: employers require this to proceed. Only tick it if you have read it.
Do you require visa sponsorship?
Filled from what you saved, and marked for you to check.
A first draft of every written answer
“Why us?”, “Tell us about a time…”. GradFill drafts from the jobs, study and examples you saved, to the word limit the form sets, and shows it to you before anything goes in.
- Uses only things you actually did. It does not invent experience
- Keeps to the form's word limit
- You edit, then choose to insert it. Nothing is inserted on its own
- 200 drafts a month

When GradFill is not sure of an answer it marks it yellow or leaves it red, and a final check after every fill compares what the page shows with what it chose.
Pricing
Free autofill has no limit, trial period or card. The paid plans pay for the AI features, the job tracker, and PageUp, Jobtools and one-off employer sites. You can pay for one application season instead of a standing subscription.
No reviews yet. Here is what we can show you instead.
GradFill is new, and nobody outside the team has used it long enough to review it. We are not going to put invented quotes or a made-up user count on this page. The test figures above come from our own runs with a test profile. The code is private and will never be public.
What is not finished: there is no Chrome Web Store listing, and a form GradFill has never seen can still trip it. When that happens the answer is marked red, not guessed.
If you are one of the first people to use it, your review will be the first one here.
- Faults get fixed against the real formEvery fix is rebuilt from the page that broke and kept as a test, so it stays fixed.
- You can see why each answer was givenFrom your details, worked out from them, or by AI. Each is marked differently.
- Your details stay yoursEncrypted on your account, and never sold or used for advertising. AI features send only what they need.
Questions students ask
What is GradFill AI?
GradFill AI is a Chrome extension for graduate and job applications. You save your details once, and it fills them into application forms for you. It marks anything you should check, and it never presses Submit. Free autofill has no limit and no card.
Is GradFill really free?
Yes. Autofill on Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting, Greenhouse, PushApply and Avature is free, with no monthly limit, no trial period and no card. Pro and the Grad Season Pass pay for the AI features, the job tracker, and PageUp, Jobtools and one-off employer sites.
Will GradFill submit an application for me?
No. GradFill never presses Submit. It fills the form and marks what to check. You review every application and send it yourself.
Will employers penalise me for using GradFill?
We can't speak for every employer. You review every answer and submit the application yourself, and GradFill never presses Submit. If an employer's application rules mention automated tools, follow those rules.
What do green, yellow and red mean?
Green means an answer GradFill is sure of. Yellow means it filled an answer you should check before moving on. Red means it left the question for you. On Free, questions your saved details can't answer stay red.
Which application systems does it work on?
Free covers Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting, Greenhouse, PushApply and Avature. Pro adds PageUp, Jobtools and one-off employer sites. On any other site, Quick Copy lets you click a saved detail and paste it in.
Do I need to sign in?
AI import needs sign-in, even on Free, where it covers 3 documents a month. So do Pro and the Grad Season Pass. The Free plan doesn't need a card.
Will the AI make things up?
AI guesses are always marked for checking, and tailored resumes use only facts from your profile. A wrong guess is still possible, which is why every AI answer is yellow and you decide what stays.
Where do my details go?
When you sign in, your details are encrypted and saved to your account, so they're there on any device. Your identity document never leaves your computer. AI features send only what they need, and nothing is sold or used for advertising. GradFill also sends anonymous usage counts, which you can turn off in Setup. The privacy policy lists what each feature sends.
Does it work on a phone?
No. GradFill is a Chrome extension, so it works in Chrome on a computer.
