How much does GradFill AI cost?
Free is A$0, with no limit and no card. Pro is A$20 a month. The Grad Season Pass is A$45 for 90 days. All prices are in Australian dollars.
Should I choose Pro or the Grad Season Pass?
Choose the Season Pass if you want the Pro features for one application season, about three months. It is one payment of A$45, which is A$15 less than three months of Pro. If you need them for two months or less, Pro costs less. If you're applying all year, Pro is the simpler choice.
Does the Grad Season Pass renew?
No. It is one payment for 90 days. When it ends, your account goes back to Free, and there is nothing to cancel.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, you can cancel Pro at any time from Billing in Setup.
Are there limits on the paid plans?
Pro includes up to 200 written-answer drafts, 40 tailored resumes and 40 cover letters a month. The Season Pass includes up to 600, 120 and 120 across its 90 days. Both also have an overall limit on AI use. Free autofill has no limit.
What stays free?
Autofill on Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting, Greenhouse, PushApply and Avature, your resume and transcript attached where forms ask, and AI import from a resume, transcript or LinkedIn PDF. AI import needs sign-in and covers 3 documents a month on Free.
